Description
A half an hour stretch class focused on opening the hips, strengthening your core and untangling your shoulders. The class begins and ends with 5 mins of relaxation to disconnect from the world outside and reconnect with your body.
Emily your instructor trained in Sivinanada Yoga at the Madurai centre in India in 2007 and has achieved level for dance teacher training. Combining here yoga knowledge and dance she has created a set of stretches that flow into each other with a focus on relaxation to help release and untangle your muscles.
